Shipping & Care
Our goal is to ensure your chocolate arrives at its destination in excellent condition.
We currently provide shipping via UPS and USPS including an insulated box and a single FDA compliant Cold Foam Brick.
If the weather is extremely hot at any point along the transit route ( 85 degrees and above), the only available options is Priority Mail Express 1-Day™ or delay your shipment. If we need to delay or cancel your order for any reason, we will contact you at the email and phone number you provided during checkout. Please make sure your contact information is correct in case we need to reach you regarding your order.
Between October & April, we ship between Monday to Thursday, we do not ship on Friday or in a day where the chocolate would sit in a carrier warehouse over a weekend. Between May & September, we ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders submitted after Wednesday noon, are shipped the following Monday.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Returns Policy
Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping only. Once orders are shipped, we do not accept returns of chocolate. If you are not happy about what you received, please e-mail us at sales@xocolla.com, we would like to know about it and we want an opportunity to make you happy.
